Greetings
The Pharmacy Department promotes the proper use of medicines and strives to provide not only standard treatment but also the most appropriate drug therapy for each individual patient.
We work in collaboration with doctors and paramedical professionals, striving to contribute to the treatment of as many patients as possible as part of a medical team .
Participation in team medical care
ICTでは薬剤師がAST活動を行い、週１回医師たちと抗菌薬ラウンドをしています。
J-SIPHE（Japan Surveillance for Infection Prevention and Healthcare Epidemiology：感染対策連携共通プラットフォーム）へは医事課によるEF統合ファイルをアップロードし、全国の抗菌薬サーベイランスに参加しています。
中野・杉並区感染ネットワークにも参加し近隣病院とのディスカッションで情報共有をしています。
NSTも立ち上がり、医師や看護師、栄養士と相談しながら輸液メニューの提案や電解質補正などにも介入しています。

The pharmacy department works with an awareness of "contributing to others."
We believe it is important to always be aware of how our work contributes to patients and other medical staff.
By considering and acting on specific interventions as drug specialists, pharmacists deepen and hone their individual "self-acceptance." New pharmacists may have a thin line of output when it comes to intervening with patients. However, by repeating input (study) and output (clinical practice), we will nurture pharmacists so that their initially thin line of output can gradually become thicker, contributing to medical care.
Our department aims to develop pharmacists who can contribute to others, but we believe that it is difficult to contribute to others without staff satisfaction. We will strive to create an environment that satisfies staff and to provide treatment for patients beyond that.
