Introduction to the Department of Nutrition
Our hospital's nutrition department places the highest priority on providing patients with meals that are safe and delicious to eat, and we operate a direct management system in which all cooking is done in-house.
By operating directly, we are able to thoroughly manage hygiene and temperature, as well as provide detailed support according to the patient's condition and ease of eating. Our kitchen staff and registered dietitians work together daily to deliver freshly cooked meals at the optimal time.
In addition, we hold monthly event meals and seasonal meal plans so that patients can enjoy food as one of the joys of their hospital stay. By incorporating seasonal ingredients into the menu and creating colorful presentations, we strive to create meals that are pleasing to the eye and palate.
In addition, our registered dietitians provide nutritional guidance and dietary consultations, and support patients with their eating habits and disease-specific dietary management not only during their hospital stay but also after discharge. We work together with each patient to come up with a diet that is easy for them to follow and help them maintain their health.
